About us

An engineering company that happens to sell services.

TechX360 exists because too many businesses were being sold boxes instead of outcomes. We put connectivity, cloud, software and security under one roof so that no one gets to say it is someone else's problem.

Our story

Built around the gap
nobody would own.

Every business we met had the same story. The cabling contractor blamed the ISP. The ISP blamed the firewall vendor. The software house said the problem was infrastructure. Meanwhile the business simply wanted the thing to work.

TechX360 was set up to close that gap: one partner accountable from the physical layer to the application layer, with engineers who can actually follow a fault across all of them. The infinity in our mark is not decoration — it is the loop between connectivity, innovation and solutions that we are hired to keep turning.

We stay deliberately senior-heavy. You will not be handed to a bench after signature, and the person who scoped your work will be the one explaining the monthly report.

Leadership

Founded by the people who still do the work.

TechX360 is founder-led by design. The people whose names are on the company are the ones you will meet on the engagement — and this is not their first one.

How we behave

Four rules we do not bend

01

Say the uncomfortable thing

If the plan you have been sold is wrong, you will hear it from us early — when it is still cheap to change.

02

Leave it better documented

Every engagement ends with the estate better understood than we found it. That is a deliverable, not a favour.

03

Own the whole outcome

No hiding behind a vendor boundary. If it is inside the scope we agreed, it is ours to make work.

04

Engineer, then sell

Scope is written by the people who will build it, so what you sign is what actually gets delivered.

How we work

A method, not a mystery.

Every engagement runs the same four stages, whether it is an eleven-site cabling rollout or a platform migration. You always know which one you are in.

  1. 01

    Discover

We audit what you actually have — estate, contracts, risks and the things nobody has documented since 2019.

  2. 02

    Design

A target architecture with costs, phases and trade-offs stated plainly, so you can approve it on the numbers.

  3. 03

    Deploy

Phased delivery with rollback at every gate. Change windows agreed in advance, never sprung on your team.

  4. 04

    Operate

Monitoring, patching and a named team. Monthly service reviews where we show the graph, not just the invoice.

One accountable partner

Network, cloud, software and security under a single contract — so no vendor gets to point at another one.

Senior engineers on your account

The people who scoped the work are the people who deliver it. No handover to a junior bench after signature.

Documentation as a deliverable

As-builts, runbooks and credentials handed over properly. If you leave us, you leave with everything.

Transparent commercials

Fixed-scope projects priced up front, managed services priced per unit. No surprise line items at renewal.
